Who loves to colour? The floral images in Jar of Flowers Stamp Set are perfect for colouring with Stampin' Blends! I went to town with colouring all the floral images and today I'm sharing four of my cards with you.
I love the sunflowers and the tulips from this stamp set but I do like the other floral images. Each card is slightly different with the card base colour, the Stampin' Blend colours I've used and the extra embellishments and sentiments.
Sunflowers:
- To give the Mango Melody card base (10.5cm x 29.8cm) texture, I embossed it with Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder
- Basic Black cardstock (7.2cm x 12.2cm)
- I stamped the Sunflowers and jar in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White card stock (7.0cm x 12.0cm)
- Stampin' Blends I've used: Mango Melody [154888], Soft Suede [154906], Granny Apple Green [154885], Calypso Coral [154881], Crumb Cake [154882] and Seaside Spray [154901]
- Sentiment: The ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY' is from the Many Mates Stamp Set. I've used versamark and Gold Emboss Powder to Heat Emboss the sentiment.
- Embellishments/Ribbon: I've added three Gold Gilded Gems and some Gold twine.
Tulips
- I embossed the front of the Flirty Flamingo cardbase (10.5cm x 29.8cm) with Scripty 3D Embossing Folder
- The Tulips, flowers and jar have been stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White card stock (5.4cm x 12.6cm)
- Stampin' Blends I've used: Flirty Flamingo [154884], Soft Suede [154906], Rococo Rose [154900], Granny Apple Green [154885], Daffodil Delight [154883] , Highland Heather [154887] and Balmy Blue [154830]
- Sentiment: The ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY' is from the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set. I've used versamark and Gold Emboss Powder to Heat Emboss the sentiment.
- Embellishments/Ribbon: I've added three Gold Gilded Gems and Linen Thread to finish off the card.
Roses:
- I used the Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder on the Rich Razzleberry cardbase (10.5cm x 29.8cm)
- Basic Black cardstock (7.9cm x 10.7cm)
- I stamped the Roses and jar Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White card stock (7.6cm x 10.5cm)
- Stampin' Blends I've used: Rich Razzleberry [154898], Soft Suede [154906], Mossy Meadow [154890], Old Olive [154892], Crumb Cake [154882], Pretty Peacock [154895] and Cajun Craze [154879]
- Sentiment: The ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY' is from the Many Mates Stamp Set. I've used versamark and White Emboss Powder to Heat Emboss the sentiment.
- Embellishments/Ribbon: I've added three Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to add a little bling!
Australiana:
- I embossed the Mango Melody cardbase (10.5cm x 29.8cm) with Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder
- Basic Black cardstock (6.9cm x 12.8cm)
- I have stamped the Australian Flowers and jar with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White card stock (6.4cm x 12.4cm)
- Stampin' Blends I've used: Mango Melody [154888], Calyspo Coral [154881], Petal Pink [154893], Soft Sea Foam [154902], Daffodil Delight [154883] Crumb Cake [154882] and Balmy Blue [154830]
- Sentiment: The ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY' is from the Many Mates Stamp Set. I've used versamark and White Emboss Powder to Heat Emboss the sentiment.
- Embellishments/Ribbon: I've added three Gold Gilded Gems and some Gold twine again. Love them!
